چکیده
We study the nonlinear dynamics of single-domain ferromagnetic nanoparticles in a viscous liquid induced by harmonically oscillating gradient magnetic field absence and presence static uniform field. Under some physically reasonable assumptions, we derive coupled set stiff ordinary differential equations for magnetization angle particle coordinate describing rotational translational motions nanoparticles. Analytical solutions these are determined near far from origin, their correctness is confirmed numerically. show that if absent, each nanoparticle periodic functions time. Enhanced Fluidization of Nanoparticles in an Oscillating Magnetic Field
Some experimental observations on the fluidization characteristics of nanoparticles in the form of agglomerates with magnetic assistance are presented. The nanoagglomerates consist of Degussa Aerosil R974 fumed silica, with a primary particle size of 12 nm. An oscillating AC magnetic field is used to excite large (mm size) permanent magnetic particles mixed in with the nanoparticle agglomerates...
متن کاملDomain wall motion driven by an oscillating magnetic field
The coherent unidirectional motion of magnetic domain walls (DWs) is a key technology used in memory and logic device applications, as demonstrated in magnetic strips by electric current flow as well as in films by oscillation of a tilted magnetic field. Here we introduce a coherent unidirectional motion of DWs in the strip, utilizing an oscillating field, which is described within a previous 1...

Analytical solutions are developed for harmonic wave propagation in an axially or laterally oscillating pile embedded in homogeneous soil and excited at the top. Pilesoil interaction is realistically represented through a dynamic Winkler model, the springs and dashpots of which are given values based on results of finite element analyses with the soil treated as a linear hysteretic continuum. C...
متن کاملNonlinear Dynamics of a Single Ferrofluid-Peak in an Oscillating Magnetic Field
If a magnetic field normal to the surface of a magnetic fluid is increased beyond a critical value a spontaneous deformation of the surface arises (normal field instability). The instability is subcritical and leads to peaks of a characteristic shape. We investigate the neighborhood of this instability experimentally under the influence of a temporal modulation of the magnetic field. We use a s...
متن کاملMorphological effect of oscillating magnetic nanoparticles in killing tumor cells
Forced oscillation of spherical and rod-shaped iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) via low-power and low-frequency alternating magnetic field (AMF) was firstly used to kill cancer cells in vitro. After being loaded by human cervical cancer cells line (HeLa) and then exposed to a 35-kHz AMF, MNPs mechanically damaged cell membranes and cytoplasm, decreasing the cell viability. It was found ...
